I'm tring to gain some bodyweight.. I dont reall y gain much fat. so, fats dont matter to me unless i turn into a fat ass.. so this is what I'm thinking about..
meal one: four whole eggs, becon and coffee
pre workout protein shake+glutine+creatine+tribulus
post workout same as pre workout
meat two 1 chicken breast+potato+corn
meal three sandwhich+chips
meal four shake+ Tsp peabutter
meal five steak or chicken breast+fries+corn bread
meal six shake+Tsp peabutter
before bed ZMA
what do you guys think?? Remember I'm trying to gain any kind of weight right now??
what else should I add in there to boost my cals??
