Depends if they become whales after they stop... 60 years old at death would be my guess for most 15 year roid abusers

Agree. The biggest issue seems to be the heart, hopefully health care science will improve so much that roid induced heart problems will be threatable in the future.

Every pro bodybuilder "abuses" gear....simple as that and that is a fact.  Now, abuse compared to other professionals is a different story, but abuse in general is a fact.  Shawn does look great here...fit, strong, muscular and healthy.  Most guys at his age with a bodybuilding past probably continue to use 150 or so replacement test.

I know shawn brother. He trains at my gym.From what he is telling me shawn ray did really well money wise with the sport. He is from what I hear a pretty smart guy and he stopped at the right time.
As one guy said, all pros abuse AAS. No question.. Sahwn bee smaller does not mean that he completely stopped it means that he is taking way less, that his diet is not as strict and that his training is not as intense But when I see shawn there I would not be surprise that he is still running his 500 mg test a week or so just to keep a certain size. As for pros not living more than 50 years old... Come on... Arnold is still around and he is in is 60...same for franco columbo..Frank zane etc... 2 years ago at the Olympia i heard Zane talking to an older guy saying that back then they were taking a mother load of test and Dbol and deca....They were doing stupid shit because they did not even know all the problems that could come from steroid abuse so they were over doing it, the same way they are now... some guys were doing 12 gr a week (read the book from Dr R lea) ... well they are still here...The BB in our days are heavier, true... because of Insulin and GH. But the other basic drugs remain the same....
