Jay is a little thicker on the upperbody this year. Ronnie's back is smaller and and he's softer.

rons legs and glutes dont look like that last pic anymore, if they did hed probally still be the champ!

look at ronnies right delt in that most muscular, totally lost all of its detail!

ronnie still looked like he the it factor lat yr, this yr he just looks old and starting to sag,, its just th aging proccess!
this is a typical case of a athlete trying to hold on well past his prime!

I think the problem is that glennnnnrrrrr22222222222 2 usually sucks Ronnie dry each year, maybe Ronnie found a new bitch? One without such a penchant for coleman sausage sucking...its a possibility.

I disagree, in the sense that this year he looks drier from the front and his quads are more detailed.
However he's holding some water in the back and hams...

Looking at those pics...

1. Jay REALLY improved his chest, drastically shrunk his gut (it's gone) and improved his leg symmetry, the smaller leg is almost equal now, and he's a tad sharper.

However, he lost a little in the biceps (especially his left one). Surprisingly, his back looks about the same.

2. Coleman's waist looks wider, his stomach thicker, looks like a tear or something in one lat, gyno's kickin' strong, something weird going on with his outer left quad, and hamstrings look smaller. The most surprising though is his back. He lost some there; really lost that wow factor.

3. Gustavo's waist got wider, his shoulders smaller, stomach bigger. Everything else looks the same.

still you can't fault the man - its just the ageing process.

Ronnie is a warrior. If anyone deserves to win 9 Mr. O's, its him.

I hope he takes it. he still looks better than Jay overall.
