yo Vein com'on man you know there is no way in hell he would ever be able to have waist like that. There is no reversing what's been done by years of hormone usage. If he tries to improve on his calf and trap size, it will only go down hill from there...

 I think his claves/traps are fine...it is obvious his bodyfat levels are low but where the fk is the vascularity? No matter how low hif bodyfat dips...he still never really looks hard or as 'shocking' when he never has one single vein showing...

 Can you photoshop him with more vascularity...is that possible?
