based upon intensive review of all the pics, prejudging, comparisons and individual compulsories from several different sites, i have concluded that darrem charles was beaten by every single warm body on stage.

there's actually some good shots of him, as well as everybody else, up on bb.com . funny how no one ever mentions the very obvious synthol he's put in his bi's the last couple years. better job than most, but still it's obvious.

yeah he looks like shit but last place will be either Willmore, Bautista, Wolf or Vince Taylor.

totally overrated.

competes in small shows, beats a few guys that either show up not in shape or eurpoean guys no one has heard of.

It's too bad. Changing the judging criteria i bit and put Darrem
top 6. Bodybuilding desperately needs rolemodels like Darrem.
Wanting to look like Darrem Charles must be much healthier then
to strive for Jay's physique, IMO.

Entertaining .... I can do without his hater attitude sometimes - however he puts the work in and he was clear- he was back for a paycheck since losing his contract.

Pose in 6-8 shows over 10 months and then let me know how your physique looks at the last few shows. Darrem is a class act, awesome posing and has great aesthetics.

Bottom line, he is competing too much...Milos knows all about this....

Darrem needs to take a few weeks off all training..... and then run a bomb ass cycle and have a complete offseason. He is so good, i hate to see his physique go to waste.

There is no doubt Darrem looks jaded. He needs to take a full 12 months off competing, get down to basics in the gym and use the time to give his body a rest from the whole dieting thing.

Darrem is a fantastic BB but he needs to listen to his body.
