asw much as i hate him if i had to have that offseason look to walk around    i would pic dex or rockell   but i heard dex  takes a riculous amount to stay that size  so rockel   maybe  johnnie O (with calvesand no bump on my neck)

I believe it and remember him saying that in an article once, he doesnt even do cardio cause his metabolism is that quick..
