Now that Ronnie has come in 2nd, wow i never thought i would be writing those words. It's time for a new man to step up and carry on the legacy of "true" genetic freaks. Vic is the only man who can do this, he looked better then Jay and IMO should have placed 2nd. He's paying his due's i guess and slowly creeping up to the top. I still think Ronnie won tonight, we all know he did..

I had him wining tonight....if he adds more size and keeps his waist tight he can beat Jay....next year will be a battle for sure!

The first time a Mr. Olympia wins, he is usally dominant. Haney in 1984...Dorian in 1992...Ronnie in 1998. If any of those versions came up on this version of Jay, they would have beaten him. Maybe Haney 1984 would have had difficulty as GH and slin were not used, but Dorian and "younger" Ronnie would have killed him. Jay is a stopgap; a paper champion holding the title until someone more worthy wins. I feel that Ronnie came in looking so poorly (from the back...compare this show to earlier versions and you will see) that they could not justify keeping him champ. However, I agree that Vic looked better than Cutler. Even the dude on Flexonline felt if it were a true show without politics, Vic would have won.

Jay is worthy of being champ and i think he will do a great job of reppin the sport.. Im just not a big fan of his physique, i just don't see muscularity in him, like Ronnie, Vic, Flex, Shawn, Kevin, and Chris all have.. I think markus even has more muscularity then Jay, same goes for gunter.. When jay squeezes his muscle, they don't contract like the above mentiond.. The only good muscularity i see in Jay is on his quads.. Was jay at his best this year? IMO 2001 was his best, if he would have won back then i would be ok with it. With thick skin smooth upper body, and no vascularity. Im leaning more towards vic taking his place, or even dex if he gets his head back into the game.. Dexter did not even seem like he wanted to be there.

The growth, over the years, in those bis and lats looks a little dubious and calves not impressive either. Very Good physique overall though.

He's mainly managed to grow his waist, ie fcuk up his symmetry, over the years.

Perhaps Victor isn't a fan of training and dieting.

Vic has too many negatives about him to ever become a top rep in the sport, let alone Mr O. Bad conditioning (he nailed it once), prison record, failed business man who ripped off people, synthol rumors, etc...

I honestly think if Freeman were a few years younger he would be the man to watch.

Vic needs 10 additional pounds while keeping his waist the way it is

he also needs to stop crunching down his abs in every pose
I know he can suck his waist in cause he did at the 2005 O and it increase his taper A LOT in the front double biceps

Bigtime....that's why I don't understand why people think he won last night - it wasn't just the back shot either - his conditioning wasn't as crisp as Jay's....
