I still can't get over how small Jay's right leg is compared to his left. I am sorry, but he is not the epitome of what a Mr. Olympia should be. Maybe, things will change and reigning champs won't get bonus points before the show even begins. If Ronnie even came into the show in last year's condition, he would have won easily.

I am glad that the muscly buddha is no longer the mr olympia, his midsection was disgusting, Ronnie just outmuscled everyone but he had the biggest waist ever seen on someone thats not pregnant or called king kamali, i always used to think his intestines were going to burst out of that huge gap between his abs.

Jay Cutlers mr olympia and imo it was the right thing to do, for the crdibility of the show if nothing else.

I was rather glad to see Ronnie dethroned. Sad as he is a very nice guy, but happy as his physique is simply not appealing to any but the most hardcore bb fans.

Just as I was. But there may be more to it than Jay simply getting the title by display of a better physique. The "fix was in" thread is pretty interesting.

I hope to see Phil Heath, Rocco Jones and Sami kicking ass on the Mr O stage next year.

With no Ronnie in place, they have a better shot at taking over the show.

Jay Cutler's physique isn't all that appealing to mainstream culture either, the only thing that makes him more appealing to the rest of society is he's white, the only white guy until Ruhl comes in a distant 8th.

If you make statements like " He must be on crack " when you know that the competition is tailing you closely.....it is very possible..

You know what, thats a pretty good way to look at it. The IFBB created a title that is practically unattainable. As fans weve become accustom to watching guys fight for second place at best. Lots of competitors have deserved to win on the day at the Olympia but we never expected them to. As far as hating on certain guys physiques...the IFBB created that as well by telling us what was the ideal physique. You have to remember its run by very old men with different values, outlooks on reality and how their precious sandow should be distributed.

The Mr. Olympia hasnt been a bodybuilding competition for many many years, until yesterday, it was just a show.
