Well i wasn't at the show, but from the pictures that I see here and flexonline, Ronnie looked wayyyy to big. And Jay looked ok.

I thought Melvin and Victor looked the best....Dexter looked the same as always.

I would have had Victor winning, Melvin 2nd, Dexter 3rd, Jay 4th, and Ronnie in 5th
Victor, Melvin, and Dex all had great ab shots, and lots of muscle.

Ronnie and Jay have a huge waist....not very pleasing to look at.

Ronnie in fifth? I know he does have the wide waist, but you have to respect the mass he carries. He'd have had to show up drunk and at 10% to get fifth...

I always get a kick out of the pros giving training tips. "Yeah, I always superset my biceps on Mon, wed and saturdays. Then I drink my whey protein. And for reps I press 400+"

The alway forgets to mention the Test dosage amount
