hahaha how ironic that we all bash the man for not posing properly, and then Flex goes and says he might have had the best routine EVER on an olympia stage.

if his routine was so good, how did Jay win the posing round?

He had a better back than the guy who is supposed to last night and he won the Mr Olympia. Next you will be saying how Ronnie trained for like 4 weeks before the show and dieted on skittles and vodka.

I wonder what you would have said if Ronnie won this show. Most likely his back was still the best ever. He looked incredable etc etc.

Jay did his homework and then proofred.  Glutes and Hams shredded, Back on the money, finally showed some confidence on stage.  Well deserved.  I am sad because Ronnie lost because as Jay said Ronnie is perhaps the greatest Mr. O ever but Jay was on last night.

no, Ronnie's back hasn't been fantastic since about 2001 at the Arnold Classic.

but its been common knowledge that even though that was the case, it was still the best out of the current crop of pros...until last night
