I think we have just seen the new 2007 Arnold Champ. If Melvin come in this condition or better he is hands down the 2007 Arnold winner. Forget Dex, he not gonna repeat, just like Jay is not going to repeat. Phil Heath and Vic might fight for 3rd.
He's got the Ironman on lock as well.

Because Jay might concentrate on the Olympia, this leaves a big void to be filled, and I think Melvin is going to step into that, or Vic.

You're delusional if you start suggesting that Vic/Dex should be forgotten/fighting for lower places.

Haha.  Don't you get it?   Melvin is a lot like Cormier, he's not standout in anything particular, just a solid all round package.
