Tre, fair enough.  Forums are good for sharing information and experiences.  Still think we could do without the name calling...and personal digs. 

However, that said I was crying Spoiled Cookies before I read the Expiration Date (TOS) OR called the cookie maker(HBE). 

I also didn't appear too positive to everyone that read these posts on the "O" itself, which I really did enjoy and thought was great. 

I put on a hasty evaluation  and I'm man enough to stand up and say it.

Here's the solution:

-Contact HBE and ask for a refund if you didn't get what you paid for
-If they refuse, contact you Credit Card company - they will give you your money back for services not rendered
-Let HBE and the Credit Card companies do their thing

That is why buying with Credit Cards is a good thing.

I called the number listed on their website today.  The automated operator invited me to choose from a few different individual extensions, but none were "customer service". 

After a short time on hold, the automated voice came back and informed me that all associates were currently busy helping other clients.  I was then prompted to leave my name, number, and the nature of my call and was told that an associate would return my call as soon as possible. 

The time is now 1:45pm on Thursday, October 5th. 

I'll let you know as soon as I hear from them.

Ron, the biggest complaint going is that Flex who was so active spaming and teasing about posting here before the O won't just post a simple statement.  If it's not in his power to issue refunds (as he is just a figurehead for the co.), he can still just make SOME sort of statement.  If he just said "Sorry," half the people would be satisfied.

He sets himself up for the criticism.  He has very publicly admitted that he previously lived a very selfish and arrogant lifestyle (I'd never admit that I'd been that big a prick as he did in his autobiography), but he has claimed to change.  If that's the case, say something to all the people who keep trying to be supportive of your post bodybuilding career, Flex.  For God's sake, some people here actually donated money to you after you got sick!  Just type...something

Well, I never said that I actually donated.

I just don't get Flex at all.  He's still embraced by a community known for quickly forgetting guys once they're out of the spotlight (Hi, Nasser ), and what does he do?  He seemingly ( see, Ron, I'm not bashing him) shits on the fans. 

I have really wanted to give him the benefit of a doubt, but now it's getting ridiculous.

Flex, just type SOMETHING.

Sorry so many of you got the shaft on the webcast-------I guess the PPV wasnt making enough money--so they discontinued it--------but Flex should at least say something----especially with all the hype he put into it !!!

Interest was down for the Olympia in my gym because nobody wanted to take a huge step backward and watch the olympia on a small computer screen----oh well, its just the biggest bodybuilding contest of the year.

If we wanted it sugar-coated, we'd have gone to Lift for his input.   

The customers who were ripped off want HBE to at least acknowledge that there were significant problems with the webcast.  From what we are seeing, however, HBE's idea of 'customer service' is anything but.
