You read me wrong.  HBE should definitely be held accountable for their failure to deliver the advertised product.  I'm just saying that you can't point the finger only at one man, especially when he's not even responsible for the technical side of his company's house.

Since they've made no public statement and issued no apology at all, people are well within their rights to assume the worst about HBE, but that's an entire company, not just one individual.

I've been saying it for years - bodybuilders invest tons of money and time in their training, nutrition, and paying a 'guru' for contest prep, but rarely devote any attention at all to PR matters.

He's not a PR guy.  In fact, it appears that HBE has no one to handle PR. 

They'll need to fix a lot of things before I'll consider purchasing anything from them in the future.  I want to support Flex's business, but his people have got to operate the right way.

It's funny you mentioned that, cuz the last time I was at church, calling people a dick, a homo, and threatening to beat them up was never mentioned......odd.  He can post whatever he wants over there now, but I am done.  I made my point respectfully, and he decided to go into the gutter with it.  Then he got his ass scolded obviously, and decided to ask what the probs were.  Hmmmm.......there has only been ten threads here that you had your buddies delete to let you know, please don't fuckin patronize me.  All I was lookin for was an explanation, an apology, and how it would be made up for.  Now, I am lookin for an apology to ME, and for his ass to be fired from MD and HBE b4 I ever even think of supporting any of their products again.  I was speakin up for everyone that ordered the webcast........he didn't just say those things to me, it was relevant to everyone else that ordered.  Why is it so hard for you to just own up, and say that you are sorry Flex?

Customers are allowed to say things and in ways that business owners and executives cannot.  If angry customers post harsh messages about a company's service, company officials cannot respond in kind.  The company representatives have to take the high road, period.  And they have to do it 100% of the time. 

People are just trying to get what they paid for and when they have a problem with a service they've already been charged for, they don't want to be insulted or told that it's their own fault when they try to get answers or relief via the company's customer service phone lines.
