we cant blame the guy for trying 9 O´s and be the most winning Mr O in history...He should just trying to be better and not just bigger at the cost of condition....
But i think he could do all the grand prix...probably he will win, and make some more $$....now he have to try to gain the most $$ possible since he is almost in the end of his carreer....
I almost feel sorry form him...Jay seems to be a more prepared guy to live without bodybuilding, and he is already very good financially....I hope Ronnie have lots of savings to live good to the rest of his life

Ronnie graduated from college at the top of his class in accounting.  I bet he has plenty of money.  Watch any DVD he has and theres a new car everytime.  House has a gym in it for gods sake.  Why is everyone jumping to conclusions that Jay is better off than every other bodybuilder?  Wow he wrote a book.  Ronnie spent four years in college learning money and graduated.  Signed a million dollar plus deal with BSN two years ago.  Everyone needs to come back to earth.  He is competing because he wants to.  And he probably gets retirement money from being a police officer.  He is just as well off financially than anyone in bodybuilding if not more.

I think he should, but only if Matty promises to start a congratulation thread well in advance.

Yeah i agree with you...maybe im just having wrong conclusions. Its just that its more publicized (sp?) that Jay have lots of $$. But yeah, we can see in any video with Coleman that he is doing well too.
Im not a Coleman fan by any means, but i would like to see the man retiring on the top, with some victory in his last competition (even if  its not the O).

since ronnie has won 8 sandows i'm assuming he can come back and compete without qualifying...if' i'm ronnie i streamline the physique, retake the title and retire.  it would be an impressive feat from the 8 time champ.

No.  He is going to rest and recover from those injuries, try again in 07.

chemically and injury-wise, too soon.

I would make the drive from FL to OH to see it though, it'd be that cool.

I think a physique like Ronnie's takes a year to reach its peak and after the European grand prixs, Ronnie will reappear in his best condition EVER at the 2007 Olympia to regain all of his glory. This loss will make Ronnie regain some of that pre Mr. Olympia hunger that he probably lost during one of those 8 wins when he was considered basically untouchable. Ronnie is 43 and peaking with 290-300lbs 2-3 times a year is just too hard at his level.

No. Ronnie's an old injured man - though only in the sense of bodybuilding.
