well, its kinda like this bro.....if youre going out 3 nights a week and getting drunk...or at least having more than 4-5 drinks/ beers....it might not kill your liver, but maybe anabolics/ performing enhancing drugs are not the right thing at that time. im of the school of thought that diet, training and rest are paramount to achieving your fitness/ bodybuilding/ powerlifting goals.....drugs are merely enhancing what youre already working for.
dont get me wrong...i LOVE to get loose (still livin the dream in a beach/ college town), but if your training for serious goals?...leave the alcohol to a minimum if possible.
