i use L-glutamine by kaizen. it is pharm grade and cheap. no need to buy a fancy one with a transport system and all that crap.

Agreed, but at least try to get it from a reputable company so you know the ingredients are as they say they are on the bottle.

I use Prosource Glutamine... Pretty cheap and has always been good to me!

"pharmaceutical grade" is NOT an actual grade of anything.... it's a marketing ploy

Prolab Glutamine Powder...Cheap and large quantity.

i've never gotten anything out of glutamine personally...

I actually am not going to take it. It is for BJ Penn. I need to get him on some good shit. He needs something that will help with his recovery. I am going to have him start taking the GLC 5000, Glutamine and Averasport.

try test e at 750mg a week and eq at 400mg a week.
