In my opinion, this year, eveyrone looked VERY soft. As if you could jsut sink your finger into their muscles.

Ruhl on the other hand looked like a fucking ROCK.

He shoulda placed better.

I'd post some photos but im in a hurry, so someone else can do that.

I agree most seemed soft but I think it was the lighting which in the pics kinda sucks. Anyway here is Ruhl.

If so, can something like that be repaired?

doubt that it can be repaired as its not tendon attached.

Ya but if that was the case, RUHL wouldn't have looked so great. He was shredded compared to everyone else.

his chest looks different and with much less thickness from usual. ruhl has had the thickest chest of the pros i dont know what happened to it.

what r u talking about? the guy can barely join his hands in a side chest or a most muscular because of how big his chest it. it even touches his chin in a lat-spread!
