Jay had a better back, quads, calves, and abs, and Ronnie was showing an minor injury in his triceps.  Ronnie beat Jay in the torso from the front and also in the glutes and hams.  Ronnie had Jay on hardness and obviously on size, albeit slightly.

Jay DID unquestionably (in my opinion) beat Ronnie from the back.  That is the only reason I can say he won, since the Mr. Olympia is known for being judged from the back.  But Jay by no means blew Ronnie away.  I would still give it to Ronnie for hardness and fullness and for having a superior torso and vastly superior arms - I won't lose any sleep over this decision though but it's still strange to me and I do not think Jay was the rightful winner.
will you stop crying already. Ronnie was an Olympian GLUTTON! 8 IS ENOUGH!

Rob - are you suggesting that Chad provides Ronnie with a very dangerous mercury based diuretic to prepare for shows?  A diuretic which can't be excreted by the human body and therefore should not be used?

mercury is toxic to the brain

No, this loss is a sign from God to tell Ronnie to get out now before he kills himself.
