RONNIE GOT FUCKED! I KNEW I WASN'T SEEING THINGS ON FRIDAY. I WAS AT THE PREJUDGING AND I THOUGHT RON WAS THE CLEAR WINNER. SO MUCH SO THAT I DIDN'T EVEN GO TO THE FINALS. I FOUND OUT WHEN I GOT HOME SUNDAY AND I WAS SHOCKED.

cutler's color looked wierd, but the clear winner.

ronnie's left arm is a good inch smaller than his right and his back looks like absolute shit.

cutler's waist looks a bit wide, but the report for the prejudging was that jay got better as the contest went along.

It shows that conditioning was the factor, because physiquewise--Jay isn't better than Ronnie. But too much excess water can make you lose... See what happens this weekend overseas.

The videos are a much better yardstick to go by than pics.

Jay is... huge. Period, end of story.

Ronnie is simply unreal! I was just shaking my head in disbelief watching that video. And his level of muscular detail is a quantum leap ahead of Cutler's relatively smooth, featureless mass.

Those videos pretty much seal the deal--I don't need to see anymore to know that the Olympia results were based more on politics than on the physiques presented onstage last weekend.

No wonder Jay won!!!

Jays physique just look a lot more in balance and strong while he is a big freak at the same time. Ronnie is impressive in mass and muscularity but looks more watery and sloppy. Jay looks incredible hard and strong when he hits his poses. Jay is a very good poser, looks good overall when he hits poses, no weaknesses. Ronnie looks bad in some poses and areas, even as he hits the mandatory poses.

no way, ronnie was totally off. his worst poses were his side-triceps, his lat spread, and his back double bi is on the decline as well. he's just too worn down. his relaxed pose is still great tho, but once he does his mandatories its evident that he's not the top dog anymore.

Ronnie at 90% of his all-time best is still better than Cutler will ever be.

Ronnie has one arm bigger than the other - same with his lats. He still seemed to me somehow more impressive than Jay although Jay shows more balance overall.

the major consensus was that if jay could improve his back he may beat coleman.

remember, based on the actual score cards, jay was pretty close evey year. he only lost by a few points.

he came in harder than usual, esp. from the back, while ronnie was clearly off.

ronnie's back looked like shit, especially compared to what it used to look like.

GCB I agree with what you said. Ronnie was off because of his noticeable assymetry of his whole body, but he still has so much detail and size its just so impressive. Jay's back looks awesome now but his lack of detail doesn't have the same effect on the eyes. Both are the best in the biz. Wonder if Ron can make a comeback, of if Jay is here to reign.
