hi guys

I'm new to this forum and I'm in need for some advice.

Just to let you know abit about my self
210 pound
5,11
16 bf

I have 1 cycle under my belt which i did 3 years ago which consisted of sus250 Decca dinabol, and haven't used anything since.
My aim know is to lean up and get really hard for summer.
Training every second day and on a very good diet. 
I was looking at taking stanazol for 8 weeks of 100mg OED for 8 weeks.
I'm aware that you can drink stanazol but does is loose its strenght as to injecting it.
I also heard that its not a good idea to take it on its own, and your body appears to look dry.
The only other steroid i can get a hold of is Decca would you guys recommend it with Decca or by itself.

Id do a combo of the inject winny and the winny tabs- I honestly use the tabs becuase winstrol is a bitch to shoot and stings- tabs are much easier IMO- but if you can handle the injections do three injects of 75Mg a week- every other day the days between take 75mg oral winstrol- you are not going to get much out of a winny only cycle- dont stack deca with it either unless you plan on also running some testosterone- libido would just be shot if you did winny and deca. id go for Test enanthate-500mg weekly- deca 250mg-300mg  weekly, then your daily dose of 75mg winny.

Do not stack deca and winny. Like WW said you need to ad Test to this cycle.

You can also run just Winny and Test. I would run Test propionate but if frequent injections is a problem for you than stick with some long acting ester of testosterone liek cyp, enanthate.
And of course do not forget to run quality PCT after the cycle.

Must be living in the southern hemisphere, cause it getting to be bulk season up here  :)

Man we gotta stop talking about beer, love the stuff but cant have it much, makes me fat as hell!!  Not to mention I just may eat a whole pizza or something if I have a few too many.

Agreed. I love beer, but I'm that guy that if I have one, then I'm going to have another and another and so on...talk about fat city.

doesn't matter if you drink once a month like myself...i hate vodka. my girlfriend is 100% russian and drinks only vodka with cranberry juice...lol

Even so, it is alcohol and alcohol destroys muscle tissue and slows metabolism,  sugar in it or not.

Oral...much easier instead of injecting a solution into the muscle EOD. it is effective either way, i couldn't tell a difference.

What do you need the Halo for? It's pretty toxic stuff (I've been talked out taking it - even on a limited basis).

the injectable stanazol, if you drink it instead of injecting it would it lose its strenght?
