When will IFBB computerize thier scoring system?
« on: October 04, 2006, 12:55:30 AM »
As so long as the IFBB suits and judges continue to plot, plan and decide in advance who the winner will be in the contest there will never be any conceived fairness in this so called  "sport" of bodybuilding.  But of course if bodybuilding was to become a "sport" then the topic of drug use would need to be tackled which then would lead to the end of gorilla sized men dancing around the stage in bikini bottoms. But i digress.

Seperate the judges and have them register thier score via computer as the BB's are seen on stage.  Olympics judge this way boxing also does it this way for example.  Geez the old paper and pencil method is very prehistoric but clearly a convient way to fix the outcome of any match.

Hey Chick maybe this can be your next pet project. Get the judges to score the IFBB shows via a computerized system.  There can not be to many excuses for no implementing something like this in todays era of technology, can there?

But then maybe there are some valid reasons that the judges continue to sit together, talk together and score with pencil (not pen) and paper at the event?
