I remember when they first reported his supposed stack in the magazines everyone thought it was impossible.  Funny though, looking at it now it doesn't seem so farfetched.  I actually think the aspirin is what killed him.  That plus the insane amt of  orals eating his liver and stomach lining.

these pics are from arnold classic 1996 where he was at his biggest...he was only 31yrs old and even then he was huge as hell.if munzer was alive he sure would have been the biggest pro bodybuilder with the most striations..this guy had the ability to get huge and remained striated even at a higher bodyweight..RIP MUNZER

And who the fuck cares what you think ?
Nobody knows what he took exactly, but Munzer himself.

The most overlooked pro during his competitive career when he competed imo.Have never seen a pic of the man where he looks to be out of shape. His being "off" in a contest competition was a condition other competitors I bet would love to be able to achieve.F'n human anatomy chart!!

Sadly, the price he paid for that was too great.

I actually think the aspirin is what killed him.
That would be ironic if it was the aspirin, such a "benign" and commonly used OTC drug. It's not out of the question though. Dorian almost died due to aspirin causing massive internal bleeding during his last contest prep.

Aspirin when consumed in copious qts is far from benign.

;)

Someones gotta make an animated gif of Munzer at the 93 olympia i believe. I was just rewatching it last weekend, and when he has the MOST AMAZING ab thigh ever. His quands are so striated when he isnt even flexing them, but then when he does, WHAMO to the extreme. Photos just dont do him justice, when you see those legs in video you just get taken aback.

thats all i have to say

Dude was peeled.

You just don't see that anymore.

And there is a reason why.

I wonder if he knew how close to death he was?

Quads were among the best

Munzer had the German/Austrian bodybuilder's problem:  Weak and flat triceps, particularly the lateral head.

If it weren't for that, I'd say he'd have come very close to being the best in the world.

I never realised how big he actually was until I saw him lined up with the others on stage.

It always puzzled me that, with that level of conditioning, his midsection looked a little soft, especially compared to the rest of him.hard to believe it's been 24 years - I remember hearing the news the day he died.
