I think people need to know what they CAN`T accomplish so they can get an idea of what they CAN expect to accomplish.

That's exactly my point. You're an your early 20s and haven't really be training long (you say 9 years but come on. What 13 - 16 year old is really dedicated and knows what he's doing? I've give you 5 years of somewhat serious train max--and I'm being generous).
