Lets make something clear.
Foley has not molested any child, he's not a pedophile.
Pedophiles molests pre-puberty kids.
Foley obviously has a fetish for young teen-boys (yuck!).
But he ain't pedophile.
Foley's actions says nothing about the sex morals of other Republicans. Of course not.
Hastert is in serious trouble, he fcuked up royally.
But all the Republicans who weren't involved? The vast majority?
They have nothing to do with this. Leave them out of it.
Guys like O'Reilly, Limbaugh and Olberman tries to put a political spin on this. That's just wrong.
O'Reilly is backstabbing the Republicans by implying that "the far left" had something to do with the affair.
In effect, everyone is probably happy that Foley's monkeybusiness was revealed. So O'Reilly trying to discredit the left... He's making this into a political affair, one that Republicans already lost.
What is interesting, is to investigate what Hastert did or didn't do, and what the Republicans and the Democrats are going to do to avoid situations like this in the future.
