 Thanks Jr. Yates, with the exception of a couple M1T cycles i'm natural  :-\ gonna probibly do my first cycle after my show in the new year.

 As for the GH thing pobrectico, not too sure why but my abs have always been big must be genetics, heck i don't even think i could afford a cycle of it if i wanted too   lol

 Thanks all, for all the support and constructive critism. Only a week out now and i'm gonna work on putting up one last post prior to the show (maybe 2-3 days out)

You looked GREAT for your show. Tight and perfect tan- I gotta get some pointers from you on color before my show next year- I'm as white as a white boy can be so need all the advice I can get.

Won the crowd YES, but they placed me 3rd...
And as soon as we got off stage the second place guy (i had 15lbs of muscle on him) came and appologized and said i don't know what they were thinkin, you blew us all away! But the most important thing is i move to the next level

It looks like you have learn't alot from the last time. Keep making the same level of improvements each time & you'll clean up.

 Thanks njflex, and yeah the only unnatural thing i've touched is M1T, so not completly clean i guess you could say  :-\
 And about the lats, i know it's kinda crazy cause during off season they are pretty freaky, then when i diet down they take the biggest beating but gonna try and bring em out more for the next show.
