I think both are important

on a side note I am doing great progress in weak areas by using 5-8 seconds of tempo in the negative phase

you should try it Adonis, don't lose your time with those gravity things

That is ludicrous man!  Its Diet--->Training---->rest...Diet being the most important, well if you want to look like a bodybuilder...I guess not if your just looking to be big and strong.

ANYONE can do this as well with the equipment we all have at the gym!

Building the Suit is what I really am working hard on.

Resistance training aids in preventing atrophy in those who are bed-ridden or in a gravity-free environment?  No shit????  Lol, I swear, some of the research that gets funded.

On a separate note, creating artificial gravity is MUCH different than what you are doing Adonis.

it means 2-4 times the force of gravity it hink

so pretty much...i guess TA is trying to replicate something 5 times that of gravity to break down muscle fibers with less work...or osmething like that...lmao

This is just crazy, That is what they are advocating in that article.

I have been training Chest,Hamstrings,Quads,Shoulders,Bis,Tris,Calves,Back Everything, EVERY Time at the gym.

And replicating varying amounts of Gravity instead of Sets and Reps.

Do tell.
