On the Howard and Millie episode, Millie called off the wedding because she was hoping to get her butt smoked on the train by Howard, but he was working on a ship in a bottle. Millie took the bottle from Howard, violated herself with it, the bottle broke and the ship got stuck. It took two gynecologists and a plumber's wrench to get that thing out.
