Not Another Dennis james Disappointment

I walked up to DJ at the expo saturday morning, and I was impressed with the way he looked. I told him that Top 3 would be a nice placing for him. It was a tough line up to say the least, but I'm wondering now if DJ would ever pull the big one.

DJ sure has the potential to get into the top 3 but he just has to work on a few of those flaws. cool pic by the way.

thanks, DJ is always on top until the last few days of a show, and that, I dont understand, it's almost as if he just meltdown or something

 ...is that my skins jersey??? I got mine JAKKED out of the locker room at the gym last week. An eye witness gave the the description of the perpetrator and...it fits your description.

 Is that mine, homey? Where did you get that cuz I'm missing mine...

Though I have no idea what his prep is, I think he should take a look at (I can't believe I'm going to type this) Kamali and how he dried out.  Dennis seems to either over carb or not respond well to the carb up process.  I say forget it all together - just stay dry all the way through.  He should quit trying to carb up (at least so much) and go for pure condition.

The funny thing is, everyone always tells him to come in "his two week out condition."

Well, he did that this year, and he looked bad. 

Of course, his arms, delts, and chest looked insane, just like they do at 2 weeks out. 

But, his back and hams weren't dialed in.....just like they are at 2 weeks out.


He nailed it in 2003.  I think he's close, just has to try not to do too much the last week.  Just get the water out, without being too flat.

yeah, I was surprised at how dry Kamali was. I snapped that pic while cruising past him at the muscletech booth

I think Lee Priest should do DJ's diet. I use Priest's Fuk the whole depleting/loading phase in general. If you look good, you look good. Sure you need a few more carbs the day before, and maybe a little before the show..... but just roll on like another day. no dramatic changes.

He always looks great and he always gets over looked in my opinion. Excellent conditioning.
