Next, the first few reps were done with pretty good form. MONSTER jealousy by some. Tell you what, any of you who are talking about the form and think you can come even CLOSE to duplicating what I did I challange you to do so.

You know, someone like Ronnie or Arnold or just about any pro with any semblance of strength?
