Sarcasm are you saying Miss Karen trys to repress her childhood "memories" with frequent binging of sugar and simple carbohydrates?

I have already stated what my arms measure.  I have posted videos showing them.  Let's see yours.

Watch the animated GIF idiot.  What is the first thing you see move?  The back.....What moves the most in the "exercise"......The back........What is working the least........The Biceps.......Why does the back have more range of motion here than the Biceps if this is what you call a Bicep curl?

Just what exactly ARE you working on here?   This is not going to help you build anything really.

Your spine and lumbar region is doing all the work.

if you believe his arms are 18 then i've got a bridge in Brooklyn i'd like to sell you.

Just curious, why keep posting something with nothing to back it up?  Are you that spineless?  Tell me what you want me to do to prove it and I will do it.

If you don't then you are worthless and really need to shut your piehole and crawl back under the rock you call home.

Of course, you can always keep up with your b.s. and just be known as the guy that you are.  Yeah, you know what, keep it up, please. 8)

Oh LOL, I OWN you now!

If you truly believe what you are saying then you DEFINITELY qualify as the most delusional individual on these boards.  Hey, do me a favor and try to goad me on as sarcasm now!  Please!  Wait, better yet do it as yet another of your alter egos.

You know, someone like Ronnie or Arnold or just about any pro with any semblance of strength?  Right, those with truly big arms almost always use a slightly loose form when performing heavy curls because they know it is the way to go.

True, if you watch most the pros curl [and I am not refering to their vids where obviously they act different as they are on cam] they always use some body motion. Again, not refering to them on video, I am talking about training with them in person.

got to agree.

I never seen a Pro (or lets say even a top amateur) do strict movements

Chris has a good point, that using mild cheating allows you to expose the biceps to heavier weight at certain angles that you wouldn't "keeping your ego in check".

Not to mention the obvious mental benefits of doing such weight, leading to much better attitude in terms of belief of ability at lower weights where you are concentrating on form.

Truth is that both ways work.  People tend to dislike this type of thing on the boards though so its best not to post the vid.  Its functional cheating.

If Adonis wants to "take you on" perhaps you both should tape your arms :)

Actually, my arms are quite lean.  Leaner in a relative sense than my mid-section.

I am sure if I were ripped they would be about 1" smaller.

Arnold's career seems to have weathered those horrible size-building cheats just fine. ::) After a good warmup cheats aren't a big deal at all on the back.

Sarcasm always takes advantage of the fact that people look smaller in pictures than in real life. That's the only way he can feel good about himself. The same thing happened with mesomorph over on the pictures board. Mes posted a video of himself doing deadlifts, and Sarcasm started insisting that he had 15" arms. He's a total nutjob. I bet he has no friends in real life because he acts like an asshole to everyone. He should just kill himself right now.

He is 14 years old. I am dead serious. And yes he is suicidal, I hope he doesn't do it, I just want him to get some regular hobbies like playing baseball and get the fuck off this site.

mindspin certainly destroyed his mystique, knowing that he is a 14 y/o punk makes him even funnier

There is a background profile on Chris Mason in the march '06 issure 0f PowerliftingUSA magazine. Also list his web site www.atlargenutrition.com.

That style of curl in the video is common practice for very large men with very large biceps. TA's approach/theory to bio-mechanics, with regard to stress, focus, muscle curve involvement, etc for the biceps is mistaken. In fact it may be a wonderful idea for TA to adopt a cheating style to his total arm workouts. If TA want's to enter a man's sport than he may first want to look like one, rather than a Calvin Kline boy model. Serious muscle development is sadily missing on his body, sorry to say. Being his own best friend (with Sarcasm?) can limit him to being more honest with himself. And less judgemental of others.

Had a free summer a while back so I and three of my Bud's traveled up the coast (starting from the Mexican boarder) to Ventura, CA. We check out and trained in just about all of the hard core gym's along the way. That and sufing a lot. Witnessed quite a few top BB'er and some Pro's train during that time. I did not see any one of them do a perfect, by the book, curl or any other BB'ing exercise for that matter. Those 20" gun's where mostly do half to three quarter rep cheating curls with DB's/BB's/Scot curls/Curling machines. Cheating is a art form. Heaving and reverse cleans are not he same as a result producing cheating curl. In doing chest, back, legs, etc, there was nothing near those  massive and powerful men preforming a full ROM in perfect form. Form pretty much goes out the window when muscle mass is the goal with these guy's.  Good Luck.
