« Last post by Donny on Today at 04:58:40 AM »was out doing my mid morning cycle this morning & i just do a tour that hits my cardio just right but not too much & i saw this guy who obviously takes it more seriously than me with his Bike.
thing is he was not on the great cycle paths we have here but on a very busy road acting like he was a car driver.
I have a good friend who is an extreme cardio junkie & competes at high levels , Iron Man & such.
He told me the reason for this, the cycle paths are not as smooth on the wheels as the roads.
Is it worth puting your life at risk i asked him?
He said, yes.
These people are just as insane as Bodybuilders !
