The hearing was set days after Singerman was arrested in Broward County for boating under the influence of alcohol and allegedly crashing into multiple docks between his new $6M home in “The Sanctuary” and his ultimate arrest location in Deerfield Beach. The DUI/BUI arrest may violate the terms of his release following the indictment in 2019.

Aaron Singerman is facing more than a decade in federal prison after pleading guilty to mislabeling and distributing what the FDA called illegal nutritional supplements. The guilty plea, entered on November 17th, came on the eve of his federal trial. As part his plea deal with the United States Department of Justice, Singerman avoided what could have been decades in prison, but still faces the possibility of more than ten years in a federal lockup. Sentencing was originally expected early next year, but his Broward County arrest apparently pushed the timeline forward, according to documents on file with the United States District Court.
According to a hearing notice filed on December 3rd and reviewed by BocaNewsNow.com, Aaron Singerman must appear in federal court in West Palm Beach, on December 22nd, for “Initial Appearance on Bond Revocation Proceedings.” Part of the new filing is sealed.

Singerman was arrested in the late night hours of November 22nd, 2021 by the Broward Sheriff’s Office Marine Unit after he allegedly crashed into multiple docks along the Intracoastal waterway. Police say he provided breath samples of .236 and .249. The legal limit in Florida is .08. He told deputies he was lost.

At the time of his arrest, Singerman provided an address in the West Delray Beach community of Seven Bridges. The Palm Beach County Property Appraiser reports that he continues to own a $2M home there, as well as a $6M home in “The Sanctuary” that includes docking space for his Redcon1 boat.
