His bond wasn't revoked.  Its rare for someone to be sent to the slammer 3 days before Christmas with children.   He just posted a video just yesterday....unless he had an evening court sessionand was locked last night he's running around.

When you are out on bond and you get charged with a felony (BUI) yes you're at serious risk of having your bond revoked.
