Thanks To Jimmy Mentis- The greek God

Wanted to publicly say thank you to The great Jimmy Mentis. Jimmy contacted me and has been working with me to bring me into the NOC the best ever. I am targeting 250lbs for the show and it looks like that's where I will be. The man is a genius, I have know him for 15 years, and I have to say, he is the first person to ever offer to help me. Add the great one to Team Rhino!!!!!!

jimmy sounds like a good freind rhino,they are hard to come by these days so your a blessed guy to have a guy who is a great bodybuilder as well as a really good guy around

Jimmy is the man who get's no credit!

(he helped me with my contest prep,offered advice/his knowledge,Jimmy offered to take a look at me/assess my condition etc,he also helped me with my initial move to South Florida)
he asks nothing for his help.................... ....he is a good man

Just chillin....

i'm letting this injury heal 100% before i start training again.

been in touch with TJ and Sami, and i have to say....holy shit they both look awesome, all jokes aside, i hope Lee's leg holds up, and he comes in shape....cause TJ looks insane

Vinny, you think Sean will get 4th? 
He is a big boy but hasn't placed that well recently.  I wouldn't have put myself in the top 5 there and have placed higher than Sean before.

Any new names coming for Europe?
