pretty good there young chap, now go win the olympia champion chip. alexxx you are as ripped as it gets if you cut water for 3-4 days you would look competition ripped along with a carb up. so if i were you i would train more and eat more

ill give you an old pushup routine

reminder: when you do pushups your pushing up 60--70 percent of your weight. your still moving over a 100 pounds each rep for 5 minutes straight. which equates to a very high workload. try 5-5 minute pushups youll see what im talkin about

Unless you're 6'11", there's just no way you're 200 pounds in that first pic, or 220 in the other. Son, you look like you're barely 120 in that pic from 2003.

I am thinking which method is going to produce the best results for me.

Adonis I never lyied about my weight. I am 6'3" 1/2! I just check my weight before yesterday and with the clothes on after a workout it was 219 pds.

Honestly?  You look like you started lifting weights last week.  Maybe the solution is to eat more and, like someone else suggested, get much more volume in your routine.

Well I was in shorts, muscle shirt and jordans so.. take away about 2-4 pounds? I am not used to taing my clothes of in the middle of the gym and stepping on the scale. At least if it was a baileys or YMCA where there are tons of hot chicks I wouldn't mind.

For 6'3" you look pretty good, but I see little improvement from 2003 to 2006 in the pictures.  How about a front double bi pose and what do your legs look like?

If you were 200lbs with a 29" waist 3 years ago and now you are 219lbs with a 32" waist, that isn't a very big improvement because you still have fat to lose to get that 29" waist.

The pics from 2003 are when I used to train volume 6 times a week. I weighted barely 200 pounds and my waist was 29 inches.

Right now I am a little under 220 pounds with a 32 inch waist. Since 2005 I have been on and off dc training.

Take everything under consideration. I would like to know which pictures impress you the most and where is the shape and mass better.

Have no pity I can take anything so be honest.
You should concentrate on putting on more size. Lee Priest is your weight and he is quadruple your size and half your height. I have friends that compete at 180lbs and they are bigger and far more ripped. If that is honestly your photos I would seriously stop bragging on this site and start traing hardcore promptly.
