Sounds good, I recently switched back to 4 days. Not recovering I think, on 5-6 days. Always feeling exhausted. Old age maybe :)
Lower back, yes, the same. I over-extended on reverse-hypers the other day, walking hunched like Igor Stravisnky.

I lied down to do some light benches at the gym, could not get back up, hilarious. Funny, with my wife who weighs 110, trying to pull me up off the bench.
I told her to go over and get our friend, she's a Powerlifter, but wifey managed to pull me  up.

Shoulder, back, im a mess as of late. I can tell back is not serious, just needs a week of nothing.

Was able to do (all very light):

Leg curls - 4 sets
leg ext - 4 sets
leg press - 4 sets
calves - 4 sets

BNP  - 4 sets
Rear delt machine - 4 sets
side laterals (machine) - 4 sets
Shoulder press machine - 4 sets

Max I train with the weights is 4x a week & often its 3x I can't recover from anymore.
Most of my Training years has been 3/4 max.

Mind I like to use lots of volume & medium to heavy weight for me.

With me,if I don`t train 5-6 days I tend to lose focus a bit, plus I like to burn some cals daily as I`m no longer working.

For recovery purposes I just cycle heavier, medium, and lighter days.

Back in the day I was training hard and felt the need for a week off......after the week off was over,I went on a drunken binge for 7 years straight........that`s quite the layoff.  LOL :D

I wouldn`t do that these days but the gym is good for my mind.

I do my Boxing / grappling other days & some times fuck all as I'm so tired from
training . work etc.

I think we all can get a bit jaded / lazy at times - only that fire so lights up again.

I just couldn't train the way I do 6 days a week , mentally & physically to much.
That's the good thing we all have different training methods & recovery rates.

That's a lot of shoulder volume if you are ailing, bro.

& technique correct - I'm repping 140kg 308lbs after 4wks , My goal is to get
back up around the 180/190kg 400/420lbs - at 62 - Ha, age sucks that weight
was child's play even 10yrs ago.

All very light and  high rep. Its funny, the rotator tear, only flat-bench and incline is affected.
Shoulder stuff, it feels fine...

That`s great weight for us geriatric guys!  LOL  ;D

I`ll never squat again........all those years of heavy squatting with poor results in development, have fucked up my lower back......my wife had to put my left sock on yesterday  before I hit the gym.

Getting old ain`t for sissies!  LOL  ;D

Thankfully other than serious injury outside of gym,
all my joints / back / shoulders are good no aches or problems.

Much preferred the atmosphere in Derry.

great classic routine
the 3 quarter back shot you looked fantastic , put your own stamp on it by kneeling lower, really enhanced the ham/quad split

Do you only weight train? No calisthenics? Yoga? Anything else to break up the monotony?

Dude I`ll be honest, after training hard, then followed by post-workout cardio I would tell myself to stretch, but I never did,

My own fault.....I keep on saying I`m gonna start but I never do.

I know,I`m an idiot!  :D

I`ll definitely start next week was my motto..still is.  :(

Very suspicious……🤣

I’ve heard it from a self-proclaimed member of Mensa that those two gyms are approximately 3.67842 hours apart.

SC, like most Getbiggers, has a private helicopter, along with a private jet for longer trips.

Well that is believable, but does he leak a little from the shitpipe is our bigger concern here.

I think SC should start a drug rehab program and then go into politics, it’s what all the up and coming lawyers are doing this year.

Yes, this was never settled.

Hulkotron, please work with SC to get to the bottom of this.

To recap - your ability to get cleaned up and go to BJJ in the timeframe you posted has been deemed impossible due to logistics and proper hygiene.

So, in essence, you have been accused of lying, or showing up to BJJ a sweaty, stinky disgusting messing, spreading taint sweat, filth and covid all over the mats and other participants.

therein lies the answer..

SC is unbeaten in BJJ as they tap out instantly they get in the vacinity of his crotch or arm pit.  ;D
