Both meniscus have been torn and repaired and torn again original meniscus tear was 1995ish and surgery was in 1997 latest report showed a 2cm tear in the meniscus it is basically gone I am bone on bone in all 4 quadrants both knees. Light extensions are ok hack squats are crippling. I will only use 2 plates on extensions no more after warming up thoroughly with 1

You must take painkillers with those knees like that.  Ibuproefen?

Hacks can be brutal on the knees.

What you do is not training, its a lazy as F routine for a teen on their phone for 30 minutes while looking in the mirror.

Have had left elbow/forearm tendonitis for over a year which has limited what I do.

Finally seems to have healed.  Gotta be careful to not re-aggravate it.

light eccentric reps ( negative reps ) are great for healing chronic tendinosis

just make sure to entirely leave the concentric ( positive ) part out of the movement

I always train balls out.....old school rules son.....try it if you can make it through a workout.

Shit happens when you squat 405 at 165 pounds and squat set after deep set of 10 with 315,and do 370 for a triple at the same bodyweight, and hacks with 4 plates ass to the grass, and heavy T-Bars,and Deadlifts, and cleaning the 100 pound dumbells for inclines presses for eons.....of course you would know nothing about any of the above even though you outweigh me bigtime.

You CAN do a decent reverse clean/curl though, so props!!

It`ll heal up and go away,but I wont!!  ;)

Yeah…. I was going to train heavy back work today, but since I grew from 6’-4” to 6’-7” on Sunday I am still a little bit wobbly and uncoordinated. I should be more than okay by this evening.

Carry on kiddos, but lest we never forget.

Anyone know where I can get a summer job cutting the grass at the local public golf course for $16/Hour (CAD)? Asking for a fellow getbigger who wants to get out of leveraged derivatives.
