I trained legs today, 90 minutes but I took some leisurely rests.

12 mins on bike
Preacher curl machine 5x10
Lateral Raises 5x12
Tricep extension 5x12
Incline bench sit-ups 2x35
Arnold presses 4x10
Dumbbell curls 2x12 just lightweight at the end

Excellent on occasion. Especially on things where spotters arent needed to strip off plates.
Like "Down the rack" w/ dumbbell curls, etc.

Currently I don't think going from 10lbs to ZERO is gonna work out.   ;D

You funny fucker!  LOL  ;D

Everyday I feel like training, but oddly enough my rib hurts more now that when I broke it.

I was shoveling a shitload of snow yesterday and it was painful.

If nothing else I may be able to do some biceps work, and possibly light laterals for very high reps or in triple drop-sets and I know I can do wrist curls, wrist roller, and calves so as ridiculous as it sounds I`m gonna try a few sets of each tomorrow.....it`s better than nothing I guess while I wait for this fucking rib to heal.  :(

I like them on machines after doing heavy free weight lifts on that bodypart earlier in the workout. I find them too cumbersome to do with the free weights and dumbbells when its crowded.

Hahhaha. I hate snow. Luckily so far we have gotten nothing but a dusting. I’m hoping to keep this up and get no measurable snow this year.

How do you people feel about "drop sets"

The problem with drop sets and negatives is when you use all your energy on these kind of things you are going to have less strength the next workout for the explosive heavy set which is where you really want to focus. For most people they are simply not going to be able to fully recover from stuff like that in a week especially if they are trying to do it for every bodypart.

You can ramp up intensity on one bodypart for a couple weeks but if you try and do it with everything you will just burn out your CNS and will never be fully recovered.

For the average over 50 get bigger with a Total T score of 12 drop sets are fucking stupid. You guys say sharing pics is lame but then want to talk training when people don't know if you are 350lbs and 25 years old or 150lbs and 75 years old it's not all the same. Last I checked you are soggy and old yes you dont need to be doing any drop sets
