Better bars will feel better in your elbows and wrist doing skill crushers as well and this will help you get those extra bags of groceries you have been struggling with

Have you tried squatting? Or any type of heavy compound movements. No because your body would fall apart.

First workout in about 3 months time.......I`ll be hurting tomorrow but it felt great to train again.


Low Incline DB Press - 2 sets
DB Flyes - 1 set
Two-Arm DB Rows - 2 sets
DB Pullovers - 1 set
Seated DB Press - 2 sets
DB Lateral Raise - 1 set
Seated Alternate DB Curls - 2 sets
Seated DB Triceps Extensions - 2 sets

Felt great getting the blood flowing once again.

Very minimal pain on my busted up rib,so that was nice.  ;)

I`m used to setbacks,though this past year was tough.......still standing per usual though !!

You have no clue what a working set is asshole and most people I know don`t count their warmup sets either......what a concept!  ::)

When was the last time you did Skullcrushers,French Presses,Squats (legit depth for reps without a mis-count),Hack Squats,Leg Press, any type of pressing exercise for shoulders,any type of rowing exercise that didn`t involve using a cable,Deadlifts,heavy Shrugs,etc. etc.

I`ll wait!  ;)
