Fun SAT AM... Shoulders/Bench/Misc

Superset Bench / Smith-BNP's (8 sets of each).
- Just one plate a side on BNP's, sets of 10-15
-Bench - 4 sets: 225 x 5 (no slingshot). Very happy with this as it was fairly pain-free
             4 sets: 355 x 1 (singles w/ SS).

Rear delt raises (D-Bells): 4 sets w/ 55's

Rotary Calf / Ironmind Gripper Supersets
- 4 sets

Thats crazy strength Rob!

Thanks GR. It feels good going really heavy if the body is in agreement haha. Not usually the case.

Awesome strength no wonder your arms are so fucking massive curling that heavy. Like the working the way up the family for the push-ups haha

Thanks Henda, I don’t like laying down pressing anymore so I figured I would switch to weighted variations of push-ups and it’s a pain trying to hold weight on back so figured the family would be useful haha. How you doing health wise? Still feeling good and getting better?

Yup. Its been 5 months since the "POP" in the right delt.
But getting there. Takes us older guys longer to heal it seems.
Is what it is...

Thanks Rat whether you consider it a proper powerlift or not it's a good lift and I am going to qualify for next years Arnold at this rate which will be a lot of fun. Hopefully the Olympia this year

It was so good. I even cracked the joke about a 'cobbler gobbler' breaking in and eating it when my girlfriend asked how three quarters of it disappeared overnight.

Great lift Hankins.

Thanks Rob. I felt really good about that one and with only 1 arm which is just photoshopped SEO. If only I had 2 arms that were actual muscle didn't train like a woose and didn't actual weigh 185lbs maybe then I could curl more like the rest of these Beast.

That was a good lift.  My best with a straight bar as a natty was 175, and it was far from strict.

I hope you reach your goal and remain humble about it.  You'll earn your props so long as you stop acting like a curl makes you stronger than X, leaner than Y, etc.
