Yes thank you haha.Just completed the 30 sets of chins, that was hard. Couldn’t do 5s to the end started with 6s then 5s then 4s then 3s. That was rough.but did pause each rep at the top for a few seconds and last rep if each set was held 10-30 seconds.
30 sets is fucking insane mate I find chin ups are by far the worst exercise for losing strength each subsequent set
