I posted my workout in the other thread but starting to get back closer to regular weight which is bringing some thickness back to the chest yes I know you can see the tear but you can also see thick tissue all around it

Chin ups 30 sets of 5 reps
Stretching

I’m gonna head to the gym soon and do this chin up routine and see if I can get 5 reps for 30 sets. All slow and controlled with good squeezes at the top. I love China. Can’t wait for the bi,forearm,lat and rear delt pump.

Just completed the 30 sets of chins, that was hard. Couldn’t do 5s to the end started with 6s then 5s then 4s then 3s. That was rough.but did pause each rep at the top for a few seconds and last rep if each set was held 10-30 seconds.

30 sets is fucking insane mate I find chin ups are by far the worst exercise for losing strength each subsequent set

Yes I have to say I won’t be doing that again soon but it was cool to do. Might do it every couple months as a shock to the system, can’t wait for the soreness. How you coming along Henda?
