Road my bike 14.5 miles.

14.5 miles on a bike doesn't sound like much by it seems like a lot when I do it.

Where I ride it's mostly India Indians and Asians and they don't like to run.  ;D

Super-Set # 1:
{EZ-Bar Curls - 4 sets
{Skullcrushers - 4 sets

Super-Set # 2:
{Seated DB Curls - 3 sets
{One-Arm DB Extensions - 3 sets

Super-Set # 3:
{Reverse Curls - 4 sets
{Wrist Curls - 4 sets

Good workout....I would have done a bit more but my Triceps are a little sore from doing Pullovers the other day.

If you pretend Spaulding is coming up behind ya for a "naked leapfrog session" it makes you peddle faster to be further away.
Motivation...

Last two days. Rotator setback, but happy this AM, it's not as bad as I thought. (Popped loudly mid-set again yesterday).

WED-----------------------------------

Bench / Tri

Bench
- 6 sets of 3 w/ 315 (slingshot)

Close Grips
- Plan was to do 4-sets of 5 w/ 225
   - set two, rotator/labrum popped loudly, failed rep. (Waited a few seconds and benched it off of me once pain subsided a bit).
- Stopped there

D-Bell Skull Crushers (light)
- 4 sets with the 35's

Cable-Pushdown (light)
- 4 sets

Assisted dips (light)
- 4 sets

THU-----------------------------------

Fitness / Misc

20 Mins
15 mins (3 rounds of 5 mins, 1 min each of):
- Ass-Bike, D-Bell Press, Ass-Bike, D-Bell Press, Ass-Bike
Cardio Bike - 5 mins

Loaded Stretching - 10 mins.
-Hams, back, hips

Tested my shoulder to assess injury:
- empty-bar bench 2 x 10 (good)
- 135 lbs - 2 x 8 (good).
- 225 lbs x 2 (2 sets) - Not bad. I feel I am just a month back and not like I feared initially.
  - (Thought I was going to be starting over where I was 5 months ago).

Extremely happy about only a minor setback.  Weird that it put me in a great mood to "only be injured slightly"  ::)
Lifters = odd balls  ;)

I posted my workout in the other thread but starting to get back closer to regular weight which is bringing some thickness back to the chest yes I know you can see the tear but you can also see thick tissue all around it
