Last two days. Rotator setback, but happy this AM, it's not as bad as I thought. (Popped loudly mid-set again yesterday).

Close Grips- Plan was to do 4-sets of 5 w/ 225
- set two, rotator/labrum popped loudly, failed rep. (Waited a few seconds and benched it off of me once pain subsided a bit).

Tested my shoulder to assess injury:
- empty-bar bench 2 x 10 (good)
- 135 lbs - 2 x 8 (good).
- 225 lbs x 2 (2 sets) - Not bad. I feel I am just a month back and not like I feared initially.
- (Thought I was going to be starting over where I was 5 months ago).
Extremely happy about only a minor setback. Weird that it put me in a great mood to "only be injured slightly"
