Yup, major ice-storm here (last 2 nights)... Nutjobs hitting phone-poles all over the place.
I like to stay in during these times as well. Another "work from home" benefit..

Gym at 4

15 min warm up

45 min - Back and Bis - 15 sets of bro stuff   

60 min - Back circuit - no rest 

30 sec air bike
10x barbell row 135lbs
30 sec air bike
10x hammer curls w 30's
30 sec air bike
10x Heavy Sled Row
30 sec air bike
6x Pull up wide grip
30 sec air bike
20 rope crunches 

15 min -  More BS - bis calves, and rope rows

15 min - Stair Climber on high setting.

I also do not use a selfie ring just because there is one in the house doesn’t mean I use it I literally just set my camera on a table or counter that’s it

Full hour of sweatin' to the oldies, water aerobics, mall walking, and jazzercise

Set timer for one hour....Do.  Not.  Stop.

5 min airdyne

5 min mobility - hip movement, walking lunges, inchworm, etc

13 min sled work - push pull, add weight

30 min AMRAMP:
200 m run
50 ft Heavy KB farmers walk - 100 / 88 / 10 push up
200 m run
100 ft sandbag clean and carry / 10 EZ curl with fat grip (nh)
200 m run
50 ft sandbag throw / 10 pushup

7 min - some heavier sled work, mobility, stretch

Reverse hyper.

  During his prep he goes from 230 lbs to sub 195 in a week. Never gets ripped. Just pisses out about 35 lbs. None of it is real. Intestines stuffed with food and tons of water. I never realized how huge his gut is when he is unflexed. Unreal. I doubt this guy canwalk up a few floors without being winded.

a) Behind the neck snatch grip push press.   3 x 3 - work to a heavy for the day

b) Snatch high pull + high hang power snatch 4 x 1+3 work @ 70% of power snatch

c) 5 x 50ft farmer carry w/100# each + 25 GHD situps each round

d) EMOM x 8 :  odd - 10 calorie echo/assault bike, Even - 6 deadlift + 4 hang power clean + 2 shoulder to overhead @135

- rest 3 mins

EMOM x 8 : odd - 10 calorie ski erg, Even - 3 hang DB snatch + 3 hang DB clean and jerk per side (do all 6 reps on one side then switch) @ 60#
