Fuck that enjoy the time off, you’ve paid your dues. I just get so bored I have to go especially on weekends. But I take a few weekdays off.

I do daily.    Get to a rehab fast and come back in 6 months.   We are here for you.

Feb. 27, 2023

Chest & Abs:

Dumbell Inclines - 5 sets (bench set at 30 degrees to emphasize pecs)
Dumbell Flyes - 5 sets (done very slow and controlled to increase TUT)
Elevated Pushups - 2 sets max reps (done between pushup bars with feet on a high chair)

Quad-Set:
{Crunches - 2 X failure
{Lying Leg Raises - 2 X failure
{Crunches - 2 X failure
{Lying Leg Raises - 2 X failure

^^^^done with no rest between exercises

Trained using 60 second rest periods.....pyramid style....all my poundages went up once again.

I`m on a mission baby!!   :)

Well I also have crohns as in irritable bowel syndrome I get a lot of gas during a flare up. I literally have 3 different prescriptions  I am supposed to take every meal to prevent intestinal bloating but I don’t take any of them. I imagine I would have less bloating if I took them.

I was doing them behind the neck which kind of limited my range of motion so probably about chin level.
Fuck range of motion for this lift. Stop at your ears. Don't risk a pop at the bottom.
