I trained chest & back on Friday & after previous leg workout have had 2 days off
completely knackered - Stiff as a board & mucho muscle soreness.

Bro,no matter how long I train,I always get sore....everything except for delts but recently have been hitting shoulders differently and even they get sore now.

I know that getting sore isn`t an indication that you are growing but it does mean that you hit the targeted area you intended to hit.

I love being sore almost as much as Hankys asshole does, but not quite that much!  ;D

One time I hit calves so hard that it felt that if I put my heels on the floor that my calves would rip wide open.

It took hours to get them loose enough to lower my heels to the ground.

SO.....I had to take two busses to and from work and I had to walk on my tiptoes for hours.....people actually thought I was sneaking up on them! 

Shit was hilarious!  ;D

DB Inclines - 5 sets
DB Flyes - 5 sets
Elevated Pushups - 3 sets ( done between push-up bars....feet on bench)

Super-Set:
{Crunches - 2 sets
{Lying Leg Raises - 2 sets

Roman Chair Situps - 2 sets

Again,poundages are climbing.....trained with very little rest between sets.

Barbell Rows To Waist - 4 sets (underhand grip....EZ-Curl bar)
Dumbell Pullovers - 4 sets
Dumbell Shrugs - 3 sets
Lying Plate Neck Raises - 4  sets

My intention this morning was to train no later than 7 AM,but as usual I got very little sleep....laid down after posting a bit on GB,fell asleep,and woke up feeling like shit with no desire at all to train.

BUT..........once I started I was like a man possessed......all my poundages went up once again ,and I trained hard, fast,and animalistic!!

Turned out to be my best back day yet since recovering from my broken ribs.

I`M ON A FUCKING MISSION !

BJJ is humbling and extremely frustrating dealing with people way more advanced, but i'm in for the long haul.
