Just finished arms
Cg benches 3 working sets
Dip machine 3
Rope pushdowns 5sets each with a bunch of partial reps
Db alternate curls 2warmups then 3 work sets
Hammer curls 3sets
Ez bar curls light weight for 5-10sets just getting as many reps as I can and just shaking my arms out for a few seconds between sets
Wrist curls then reverse wrist curls
Gonna do some chores then get a nap and I plan to do cardio tonight. I like going for a Saturday night walk in the country now that Winter is over.

Trained back and shoulders
Wide grip pull downs ss with db shrugs 5 sets
Barbell rows ss with db press 5sets
1 arm db row ss with barbell shrugs 5sets (extra trap work)
Straight arm rope pull downs ss with rear lateral raises 5 sets
On Grape Ape’s suggestion I looked into some breathing techniques and damn if I haven’t been holding my breath for the first 3 or 4 reps of every set. I bet that is why my damn blood pressure has been high. I did all my sets tonight consciously breathing out on each rep.
I think this is going to make a big difference.
Hope everyone is training hard and the Scott good to see you hitting it.
