Not true. Most and by most I’d say 9.5 out of 10 people I see at gym train like pussies and get no results. Meanwhile I train like a freak and change constantly in one way or another. I just don’t get people working out for the sake of working out unless older and just trying to stay healthy but all the guys I see at gym with their gym bags,pre workouts,gallons of water, slogan t shirts,wraps etc… mostly train like old women.

At the gyms I use they come up & say you look well & you competing ,
You train hard & are strong - yet They never ask to work in. 🤣  🤷‍♂️  🤡s

But Hanky says some workouts are just sweating to the oldies. And other workouts build massive glutes that just pop out in 3d from a thong so you can show off at your pool.

Going to the gym to do a full-body workout today. I only really ever train light weights for a big pump these days. I'm happy to chill out in the gym and just quietly do a bunch of sets while browsing Getbig or the news in between. I've no time for slamming weights around and acting like Branch Warren.

Running every day still, though. I'm cutting up a little for a wedding, as I know some knob will be taking photos of everyone and I don't want to look like shit. With cardio, I like pushing myself until I'm literally at the point of total collapse. Stuck on my Pamith-inspired playlist of old-school Slipknot, Slayer, and Sepultura and ran as fast as I could for 20 minutes.

Its worth it.  They have top of the line equipment, great hours, clean bathrooms, a massive outdoor pool area w tiki bar, etc.   

The JJ gym is also not cheap, but worth it.

Do either of you guys ever use this thing called "Jacobs Ladder " ?  (Anyone else with experience feel free to contribute)

Man this thing is an ass kicker. After just 3 or 4 minutes on this thing and Im gassed and pouring sweat. It's crazy because it doesn't feel like you're really exerting yourself.  Just a fairly leisurely pace is all it takes.
