Seated Bradford Press - 5 sets
DB Lateral Raise - 4 sets (drop-sets)
Bent-Over Laterals - 4 sets (drop-sets)

Standing Calf Raise - 6 sets

Yesterday I did arms.  10 sets of 5 for biceps and ten sets of 5 for triceps but done in straight sets instead of super setting.  It felt good to have a bicep pump as it kinda "cushions" the tricep work.  The weight felt heavy to me but I am certain it wouldn't have been for anyone else here.  ;D

Deadlift - 7x5

Leg extensions - 3x18-20

I never saw them live.

Had the chance back around 1976 or so but couldn't make it.  Same with AC/DC around that time (TNT tour)

I have just about all UFO albums.

There are a couple bands I could have easily seen but didn't and wish I had.

Stiff leg deadlift off 4 inch block 311lbs x 1x7
Barbell row 242lbs x 1x6
Single arm lat pull-down 1x13
Leg extention 1x24
Leg curl 1x13
Box squat 3x5
Olympic pause squat 3x5

Do a lighter leg and lighter back day through week with more varied movements goal this day is just to up strength gradually on deadlift and rowing movements with secondary focus on legs

Edit - girly not getbigger worth poundage’s added just to keep self accountable if I look back in 6 months and still lifting same weight thrn I absolutely suck

Thanks brother I try and tell myself that but still feel a bit embarrassed about how heavy it felt even then I had to work up to it over the last 8 weeks ago before 400 was quite comfortable even if never trained deadlifts for a good while but slow and steady will keep plugging away
