Your bench strength is no joke.

Do you like straight sets or do you like maximizers like negatives, rest-pause, etc?? Stuff like that...

Bulgarian Split Squats - 3 sets
Leg Extensions - 3 sets

Seated Leg Curls - 6 sets

Triceps Pressdowns - 3 sets (moderate weight,high reps......haven`t done these in eons)

Smith Inclines - 5 sets
Smith JM Press - 5 sets
D-Bell Bench - 5 sets (used the 90's, all the shoulder would allow, normally use the 125's)

I`ll more than likely do legs,chest,and back at the gym,and delts and arms at home.

How many days a week are you deadlifting ?

For the past couple weeks about 3 times a week.

Previous workout (Friday) I felt not recovered.  Today I felt good.

No way I can keep doing it this often realistically.

I looking for 20-30 total reps per workout in 10 minutes (4-6 sets of 5 or so).  If I get 30 reps I add some weight.

After awhile the wall will hit me.

Took a few days off but today I did 5 X 5 on Smith rows and lat pulldowns and then Smith bench press and DB flys.  No supersets on anythingg and on the bench I could not get more than one rep for my last set.  It was good to rest and nice to be back.  I think I will try for 3 or 4 sessions a week at least for this week.

I am weak.  ;D

Felt really sick since eating some chicken yesterday , dont think I cooked it enough
