Shoulder hurt first few sets but eventually lubed up nicely pretty sore this morning though.

5 sets laterals db 20s for sets of 20

5 sets db shrugs 70s for sets of 50
5 sets db curls 35-55lbs

5 sets v bar pushdowns stack for sets of 40-50 these hurt the shoulder the most.
5 sets rotary calf

5 sets crunches
Hopefully I can lift again on Tuesday and get back to every other day. From what I’m feeling and reading I have shoulder impingement.
